- HappyPanacea 1mo agoCar horns gotta be up there as some of the worst inventions of the 20th century, noise pollution galore.
- jbuhbjlnjbn 1mo agoIt works when you have strict rules on the use of horns and people get peer pressured into adapting to the behavior of their surroundings.
