I'm curious how Taiwan operates. It's a public side insurance system with mostly (if not all private hospitals). Obviously very different population case though

I'm curious how Taiwan operates. It's a public side insurance system with mostly (if not all private hospitals). Obviously very different population case though, much smaller island.
