As with everything on that blog: total BS.
Flat design isn't an 'aesthetic'; it's the result of considered design thinking. Picking 'flat design style' instead of x or y 'design style' is to cheapen yourself as a designer to the level of an 11 year old on DeviantArt.
- mnicole 14y agoSome of these design blogs need to be put in the same bucket as W3Schools on HN so people know not to bother. So much misinformation.
