- ReptileMan 1mo agoProblem is that once you are 100% remote you start to compete with everyone with acceptable english and fast internet connection for the same jobs.
- kelseyfrog 1mo agoIf I need geographic advantage to gain a competitive edge, what am I even doing in that field? I just maximize my employee value and everything has worked out fine so far. Source: I've been 100% remote for 6 years.
- throw-the-towel 1mo agoNot really, in my experience most jobs still only hire within one country.
