- WickyNilliams 2mo agoIt's not disingenuous? The person you responded to linked to articles which said it was one sided. You said the other opposite, but provided no sources. I asked for some. It's a simple request that was made politely --- The whole response is bizarre tbh. Talking about my "sudden" interest. I made one comment. "Deep in the chat". It's quite shallow. I am assuming this is a bot
- red_admiral 1mo agoSomeone is defending the side for which there's clear evidence of bots, claiming the other side did too but not providing evidence. This is what you'd expect to see if the poster were a bot linked to the same PR network.
- WickyNilliams 1mo agoYeah, it certainly feels that way. Utterly bizarre they'd still be at it, in a HN thread of all places.
- sigilis 2mo agoDid they forget to turn you off after the trial? I haven't heard about Heard Bots myself, only the Depp Fakes. It's not an unreasonable question to ask for external corroboration when someone claims that something happened and their source is that they saw it. Sadly, I am not invested enough to do research on this matter and uninterested in having an LLM convincingly tell me whatever it reads on the internet is the truth about this.
