Once you move up to protein-protein interactions in living cells, post transcriptional modification, epigenetics, lipidomics, glycomics, and the the arrangement of said cells into the 3D tissue environment, and then into organs and complex biological organisms, all of which have a paucity of good training compared to what we possess in the protein folding domain, the problem becomes computationally intractable.
