This is very surprising because the proposed rates would equal or be higher than regulated interchange for Visa and Mastercard in Europe.
- smallmancontrov 2mo agoI thought the regulated interchange rates for Visa and Mastercard in Europe were tiny (compared to the US).
- wasfgwp 2mo agoIn reality it’s closer to 0.5-1% in Europe since banks apply their own fees on top of the regulated interchange rate.
