Don't do it. Its like breaking up with somebody, everybody wants to know why you're breaking up with them, until they actually know then they'll think you're an asshole for telling them. Human beings are just weird like that. Stock answer, "its just a better opportunity for this point in my career", vague enough to make everybody happy.
