Also a good reason to test your emails in different systems - Gmail often snips emails I receive, meaning the Unsubscribe link at the bottom is cut off. I'll bet that leads to increased spam reports. Aweber had an article last week suggesting you put an Unsub link at the top of your emails as well. I haven't had the guts to do that for my template (EveryDayDreamHoliday) but as a consumer I like the idea.
