So what happens if it's determined that Mr. Systrom did lie under oath? Does he face criminal charges, is Facebook fined, or what? I assume it's too late to split up the companies again.
- georgemcbay 14y agoI don't know what implications it has for Facebook but lying under oath is perjury, which is a felony in California. Convicting someone of perjury is notoriously difficult though.
