If you want to push ads or "recommendations" I can see personalized data being useful. Almost every actionable idea I can imagine is only reasonable when applied to aggregate statistics though. Interesting how because there is no cost or fear in collecting 515 pages of personalized data, it happens, even if there's no dubious actual utility.
