And they sent OSS a legal demand letter to keep paying the Iron Mountain bill for their data. If OSS actually was using IM and not just running a scam, then the data should be pretty safe, if just not accessible for a few weeks/months.
- pavel_lishin 2mo agoI guess that depends on how long Iron Mountain has to keep their data once OSS stops paying - and we don't know how long ago OSS's money ran out.
- cwnyth 2mo agoAlso, my bet is that Iron Mountain significantly raised their prices and made it more difficult to retrieve the data without paying.
