  Realistically speaking, this substance causes irreversible damage to the kidneys and nervous system, so trying it is not recommended.

    This doesn't appear to be accurate. Every study I'm reading does not come to this conclusion.

      They may be talking about other toxins in the mushroom itself.

  Why wait? Book a flight to Yunnan, order a tasty mushroom soup or get a fresh batch from the markets.
