I used to have hi hopes for linkedin, that it would replace the resume and make the knowledge labor market more efficient. Instead, it became more like tiktok with the short form thirst trap girly boss "content" and hollow linkedin influencers posting ai slop. It just became more noise, but more "corporate." X and insta are my go to social networks now.
