  They would need to borrow a lot of money to buy it, as article suggests $8bn valuation. Bending raised $1bn in IPO and spent all of it on Airtable recently

    Yeah they could use debt to finance it, a combintaion of 20% equity, 40% senior debt, and then the rest could be stock.
