- orbital-decay 2mo agoCyberpunk of the 80's is the reality of the past couple decades, minus the flying cars and other decorations.
- scotty79 2mo agoThis sounds like something that would cause the opposite of compliance. If you restraining me hurts more then I have every incentive to get out of the restraint. It's more of a torture device to be applied to fully restrained person, which means enforcers will probably love it because they are doing it already, often beating, tazing and in some cases even shooting fully restrained person.
