Can't New York go after payment processors and stop anyone from paying them money or people cashing out?

- ok123456 2mo agoHow is it interstate commerce if both the banks and the customer have a physical nexus in New York? The fact that it's bookmaking with an app in New York still makes it bookmaking in New York.
