- eru 2mo agoYes, apprenticeships are an interesting model. And in practice, whether formalised or not, it's how a lot of professions are taught to this day: as an example compare what they teach at university vs what you actually need on the job for your favourite white-collar profession. Some places, like management consultancies or investment banks, don't even require any specific degree.
