I've always found "find by text" to be at the mercy of the developers, you have to be case sensitive, depending on the tool you're automating with you might be able to lowercase everything, then you are risking a clash with other text in the dom. The one real problem though is developers can be sneaky and decide to start using a css text-transform and not tell anyone, all of a sudden every single one of your tests that were looking for "Add to Cart" now fails because the button contains "ADD TO CART"
