In Arizona, it may be easier to steal a home than a TV as deed fraud grows
- Bender 2mo agoThat's an issue in every state AFAIK. Too bad there isn't a simple concept like Super-Locking a deed so that either the owner of the deed or the person inheriting it has to show up in person and show their state ID to the county clerk to transfer the title.
