- threethirtytwo 2mo agoIt does to me. What if someone threatens to bomb the statue of liberty. You have the freedom to say that, but the cost is people have the freedom to listen and record. The freedom to record affectively tempers freedom of speech and stops people from using the former freedom excessively.
