Have I fallen into a time warp? Didn't Meta have a head of AI who thought open models were the way to go?
- peezd 2mo agoI think they were all in on open until they started falling behind, then decided to go all in on closed source thinking they could build a frontier SOTA model; that didn't pan out so they are whiplashing back.
