- edimaudo 2mo agoMain influences are Peter Drucker and Mark Horstman. An effective manager is one who helps the team to succeed (engaged and happy) and aligns that with meeting organizational objectives Could be a number of factors here but my take is lack of knowledge and lack of teaching
