- perpetuallunch 2mo agoThe overwhelming majority of what people consider “mental health” issues simply stop being issues when people fix: Diet Exercise Faith
- preg_match 2mo agoDiet and exercise are both clinically proven to help mental health. That does not make them complete, however. In clinical trials, medication + diet and exercise worked better than either alone. Faith isn't really a cure for anything, and many mental health issues are caused by faith, because many religious organizations use fear and shame as tools. Most encourage simply covering up mental health issues or just pretending they don't exist. Both exacerbate, not solve, mental health issues.
