What on earth have you misread here? He's saying they want to be in a warm room (so they'll work up a sweat), not in a cool room (so they won't). What are these pseudoscientific and mystical beliefs you've read before and apparently mistakenly applied to this post (because they sound interesting, if only in a "WTF?" kind of way)? I can't make head or tail of what you think his meaning is, and given the downvotes, it seems others can't either.
