I am releasing my music player into open beta this week! I’ve been working on it for a year or so, created my own language, engine, and network protocol to make it all sync wirelessly, and with no AI :) https://github.com/mjdave/katipoBrowser https://github.com/mjdave/katipoBrowser

Now our communications and our memories, our photos and our videos, our precious data belongs to Meta, Apple, Microsoft, or Google, stored behind walls of ads or subscriptions. The web infrastructure is now too complex for individuals or small organizations to operate at a low level, and it is owned and controlled nearly exclusively by large for-profit businesses. So you recreate the internet from scratch? I didn't see the music player, but that's frankly much less interesting than a parallel world internet: all that's needed is a new browser.
