- lern_too_spel 2mo agoThat quote that you posted is from Gruber. Gruber chose to include that in his blog post to say that this app is so good that it keeps people, including Pierce, from switching to Android. I was obviously fully aware that he paraphrased somebody else to include as evidence to support his claim. Pierce, on the other hand, was speaking only for himself.
- dewey 2mo agoChoosing to include a properly attributed quote in a blog post is very different to saying something yourself.
- lern_too_spel 2mo agoOnce more, Gruber is the one who claimed that the app kept people from switching to Android by paraphrasing (not quoting) Pierce. Pierce spoke only for himself. You are trying to pick a nit that doesn't exist.
