- WarmWash 2mo agoWell, yes, because the courts and the AI labs are totally separate entities. If they are doing it to you, they are probably doing it to others, which makes an easy class action
- filterfish 2mo agoIs any class action lawsuit "easy"?
- WarmWash 2mo agoThey lawyers do all the leg work (and keep most of the money), but from the defendant POV it all looks the same.
- resonious 2mo agoAnthropic paid out a lot of money for the copyrighted material they used. (not commenting on whether it was a fair amount - just saying these companies are not immune to lawsuits)
