Most recently at Agoda, where I worked on B2B platform systems and redesigned partner configuration/email infrastructure, improving new partner launch velocity by 5–10x. Previously at Groove/Clari, I owned major parts of a real-time communication product, and at VueOps I led development of a document platform and migrated its file-processing engine to serverless infrastructure, reducing infrastructure cost 5x and failures 3x. I’ve also spent 2026 building an AI-powered language-learning product from scratch and consulting with an early-stage AI startup.
