Please give constructive feedback instead of, this uses AI and its just wrong.
- q3k 2mo agoI've refurbished multiple PVD systems, I'm setting up a DIY e-beam lithography rig for Cr-on-glass photomask making and I'm bringing up an 80's photolithography mask aligner / exposure system. I've even built some terrible Al/Si(P-type) Schottky junctions already. I'm not completely clueless.
