- smallnix 2mo agoRight, all these non-obsessed fanatics wasted their life. And don't get me even started on non-fanatics!
- inigyou 2mo agoBut you can't just trick yourself into obsessively fanaticising something random just so you won't feel your life is wasted.
- SchwKatze 2mo agoThis reminded the movie Ikiru (いきる), basically a elder discovered he will die and after some time he finds a purpose to its meaningless life, transform a wasteland into a playground. All these stories have one thing in common: be obsessed with something that will improve other people's life.
- inigyou 2mo agoyeah but you have to find it. You can't just pick something at random.
