sixel is implemented, as is the kitty keyboard protocol, but there are no plans for the kitty graphics protocol, and most likely there won't be one.

I just built the latest version, seems like its using 5-10MB more RAM compared to Konsole (which is negligible), but it's also using 75MB VRAM - whereas Konsole uses no VRAM (I guess because it's not GPU-accelerated). I'm not sure if it's worth sacrificing that VRAM, especially if I'm going to be opening several terminals and also running VRAM-heavy applications like LLMs. But thanks anyway, I'll keep an eye out on this project in case there's some reason to switch to it in the future. :)
