It’s tricky to compete with your own suppliers. For example, see Microsoft’s dance with Dell & HP when they launched Surface. How do you plan to keep the CMs happy while you’re operating your own line?
- willcarkner 2mo agoWe can do this by continuing to give them work. They are currently happy with us routing jobs through them, and I expect this to continue. It means they don't have to go searching for customers.
