Outside of a ribeye, I much prefer pork and eat it way more often. I'm rather selfishly afraid that everyone running from beef is going to cause the pork price to skyrocket, but I haven't seen it quite yet.
- laughing_man 2mo agoThe entire life cycle of a pig raised for pork is around six months, so pork producers can scale up quickly if the demand is there.
