Hard to call Windows an operating system nowadays when its main only purpose nowadays is to extract personal data from whoever uses it. I don't expect anything changes positively for the users - at least for those who are aware of all hostile features done since 2015. Microsoft aims at different clients now and for what we can see, desktop software and its quality isn't a priority anymore.
