But I believe the intersection of states with highly private registration and where broad form is available is the empty set.

- mannanj 2mo agoGood ideas. These could work. Also, at least today, the solution to give ownership of any vehicle-properties to an LLC, and ensure it by vin may still work against flock as we haven't see any evidence they data-share between the insurance boundaries yet.
