This is probably the biggest barrier preventing me from starting a business.
I know that if I ended up getting hit with NPE patent infringement claims, I'd probably just buy a gun and go shoot up their office.

- pravda 14y agoI hope you're not serious. Not about the second part, that sounds like a great idea. About the first part. You need for your business to be successful in order to have any chance of attracting a patent troll. Most businesses don't get successful enough to warrant a shake-down.
