  Crash society to the point where we can no longer make complicated chips. Of course this really isn't a great solution as it involves billions dying too. Not that someone won't try... We've signed up on the "If you build it, everyone will die" express. No brakes, no stops, full speed ahead.

  At least join PauseAI or similar. Or give money to them. Write to politicians. Read Plan A and tell people about it.
