- cyberax 2mo agoYes, it is. That's why "affordable" is a bad term. There's also a problem with the way this term is used in practice. It now ended up meaning _subsidized_ housing. An average person would NOT be allowed to buy this housing. To continue the analogy, real estate developers have to build some Lambos and give them out for free. But only to the right people.
