How do you not get one right?
- gdulli 2mo ago"Reuters analysis finds map image carries OpenAI watermark"
- HWR_14 2mo agoIt was a map that only labeled 7 or 8 countries via callouts. So, pretty easy to see how they could all be wrong.
- beardyw 2mo ago...but wouldn't take much effort to check at least one of them! Who doesn't know Nigeria has a coast?
- andsoitis 2mo ago> So, pretty easy to see how they could all be wrong. That means not a single person who laid eyes on it had at least a cursory knowledge of the geography of Africa. It also means people are talking authoritatively about something without checking that what they are saying is correct.t The lack of attention to detail, even in the absence of geographical knowledge, is inexcusable and a recipe for disaster: what other decisions are being made with the wrong information?
