HIV is literally called out in the subhead of the linked web page. If you bothered to read the article and get a sense of what is being argued in court, you would understand that there is nothing outre here.
- Catloafdev 2mo agoIf you bothered to read the article, you'd understand why this is, in fact, a problem.
- nkrisc 2mo agoI did read the article. It mentions HIV/AIDS. The comment I replied to said only HIV, and as they noted, HIV alone doesn’t necessarily imply any ill health effects at all. However some people with HIV who then develop AIDS may in fact be terminally ill. The key point is a diagnoses of a terminal illness.
