I'm colourblind and I have lots of trouble with red and brown, so your friend has my sympathies. Though in this particular picture on my particular screen, it's not too bad for me. I have a lot of problems with Splendor and Set though. (And the fix in Splendor would have been so easy: give every kind of gem its own fixed space, instead of flushing them all to the edge.)
