- bluefirebrand 2mo agoPff, what? No. You're in a super small bubble if you think earning equity in your employer's company is standard.
- germandiago 2mo agoMy recommendation is that you ask for equity, even if a small amount. Justify it based on the risk of the labor market and your work done.
