- MrDrone 2mo agoDHH has had a long decline, in my personal regard. A lot of things I ignored or gave grace for because of his early influence were actually clear signals about his fundamental beliefs.

- mplewis 2mo agoYup. I followed his terrible behavior since his 2021 crashout, when he caused a third of his employees to leave his company, and he's only gotten louder and worse since. Looking back further, I can't see him actually supporting anything pro-social.

I can see if you feel this was fabricated by the author, you'd have the negative reaction you're having. But this is much-reported, much-discussed fact. Maybe HN needs to read news sources besides HN.
- cholantesh 2mo agoI can't recall when the strongarmed union-busting happened at Basecamp, but it was a few years ago. Funnily enough, he kept patronizing Citations Needed well after. E: 2021, apparently; thanks mplewis.
