It would be trivial to figure out who you really are once enough relatives sign up.
- MichaelGG 14y agoThe point is to avoid casual easy association via a name/address lookup, not defend against in-depth analysis from entities that know everyone in real life and in the database. Plus, you could be an unmentioned adopted-out person, which would look identical, so they couldn't prove it was you without further examination.
