- cyclopeanutopia 3mo agoNot really, it's about those stinky foot wraps. The idea is that the stink allows one to recognize that they are just spreading propaganda.
- yurish 3mo agoYes, he wanted to insult the person. The word портянка is sometimes used in the Internet by Ukrainian nationalists to offend pro-Russian users.
