  Everything is pointing towards a hard "no", but I didn't dig deeper than literally read the first sentence in the README: > A decentralized peer-to-peer messaging app with dual transport architecture: local Bluetooth mesh networks for offline communication and internet-based Nostr protocol for global reach.   Definitely! Just send a message to a given topic, it gets distributed through the mesh & users either get it or not (they are not in the mesh at the time). Just like IRC.
