As soon as the K3 weights are published on July 27th, there will be many US providers hosting the model. I realize model hosting doesn't really apply to kimi work specifically, but in terms of accessing K3, there will be US options likely in 7 days. Just look at OpenRouter to see the providers hosting K2.6 https://openrouter.ai/moonshotai/kimi-k2.6 https://openrouter.ai/moonshotai/kimi-k2.6.
- ericpauley 2mo agoLooking at these pages reminds me of browsing jellybean components on DigiKey. Amazing for the consumer, but one does wonder: What are all these DotAI infra companies’ plans to justify any of their valuations if they’re just selling commodity compute on OpenRouter?
- kvisner 2mo agoYea, but those aren't subscriptions with fixed costs. I'm wary of running my dev flow against a pay-per-token endpoint, since costs can easily explode doing that.
