It depends upon their investment model. The Angels Forum will create a syndicate and a lead angel for each investment and negotiate for a board seat for the lead.
- joshu 18y agoOk. Angels _rarely_ take a board seat. If they're taking one, it's not really an angel deal. (I'm speaking now from both having taken angel investment -- and been one.) You really shouldn't be giving up that much control in the first go, anyway.
