The case for eating more organ meat
- Alien1Being 3mo agoIn a world of obesity, and over nutrition nutrient density is the last thing we need.

That lack of micronutrients leaves us undernourished and with cravings (that tend to get misdirected into more junk food) despite consuming far more calories than we need. Foods that are dense in micronutrients are precisely what we need more of. The trouble being that the junk food is not what’s likely to be replaced by organ meats.

- gus_massa 3mo agoIf you ever come to Argentina, you can eat "Parrillada" https://www.google.com/search?q=argentina+parrillada&tbm=isch https://www.google.com/search?q=argentina+parrillada&tbm=isc... that has an assorted mix of weird stuff. My recommendation is to go to an all-you-can-eat specialized in meat like "Siga la Vaca", so you can pick beef (or pork/poultry) and salad as the main meal, and ask for small pieces of the other stuff.
